Muslims in Arakan Celebrate Eid al-Adha with Support from Arakan People's Revolutionary Government


Muslim communities in Rakhine (Arakan) areas under the control of the Arakan Army are celebrating Eid al-Adha, also known as Kurbani Eid. To support the festivities, the Arakan People's Revolutionary Government has reportedly distributed cattle and rice. Additionally, the Central Administration Department has granted tax exemptions on cattle slaughter during the holiday, according to local Muslim community members.
